Alan has been Cake decorating for 27 years, teaching for 24 years. He is an author of 17 books on cake decorating and the art of Sugar Flowers and Cold Porcelain. He is an amazing sugar artist and I would highly recommend his classes in sugar flowers.

Robert Haynes

Robert is a completely self-taught sugar crafter who learned through reading books and studying the anatomy of flowers and foliage and wished I had access to classes and teachers to learn from.  Robert has a patient temperament when teaching, while still being full of energy & enthusiasm. As a very hands-on teacher Robert gains enormous satisfaction from seeing the delight in his student’s faces when they achieve such brilliant results.

Over the years his teaching tours have taken him to twenty-six different countries, and has introduced sugar art into unlikely places such as India, China and Fiji. He is internationally known, not only for his unique skills in sugar art, but also for the quality of his demonstrations and classes, at which he inspires enthusiasm in everyone who attends. This reputation has also involved him in judging sugar art events around the globe.

Kristina is located in Rome, Italy. Kristina is a friend of mine and an amazing cake artist with a passion for Royal Icing.  If you are visiting Europe / Italy and you have a  passion for decorations and cakes, you can find different types of courses Kristina will help you to come closer to the various techniques required. I organize courses around the country and even abroad, but my little studio is located in Rome, where I tried to recreate an ideal angle and professional lets you work with the right conditions . These courses usually last for one, two or three days, with the participation of up to eight people. They can also be customized to only one person, according to their needs.
