Overview/Class Description:

This advance class is for the student who would like to build their skill level with advance side, bottom and top borders, royal icing runouts, popular lace designs, stringwork and flowers! Students will be building on the skills learned in Intermediate Cake Decorating Workshop

•          Working with different buttercreams & royal icing

•         Learn new advance borders and more side borders; to enhance yours skills

•          Learn advanced frosting flowers; wild roses, pansies, primroses, daisies, leaves and   advance floral sprays and more as time allows

•          Take home your competed cake project to enjoy
