Don’t Miss out…this is the first time Kathleen Lange will be teaching in Arizona!
In this class you will be learning several techniques, all hand piping, no molds used. You will learn how to design cakes with intricate stringwork, Lambeth overpiping, freehand stringwork and how to make toothpick roses. All techniques are shown and practiced during class. Completion of project cake depends on skill level of students.
