Chocolate Truffle Workshop

Have you wanted to learn how to make melt in your mouth truffles?  If so, this is the class for you!  Students will be learning the basics of how to make mouthwatering truffles int he one day class.  Students will be making five or more different flavored truffles, with and without l liquors; learning basics on tempering chocolate and using ready to mold chocolate, how to hand-dip and coat the truffles with several different coatings, to add variety to your box of truffles.  All truffles made in class will be divided between the students.  All supplies included with workshop
