Royal Icing Frosting Flower Boot Camp -101 (FULL)
Prerequisite: Knowledge of basic decorating skills; Intermediate, advanced, and brush-up students welcome.
Kathleen is offering this flower class; due to popular demand. Do you want to learn the proper way of making sugar flowers? Do you want to attend an upcoming Lambeth Boot Camp or just want the common knowledge making sugar flowers? This is the class for you!!!
In this condensed one day class, learn to make several different types of frosting flowers, using the different cake decorating tips.(A lost Art!)
Students will be working with Royal Icing; learning how to make Roses, Toothpick Roses, Wild Roses, Apple Blossoms, Violets, Pansies, Chrysanthiums, Bachelor Buttons, Daisies, Primroses, Petunias, Easter Lilies, Poppy and more,as time allows.
Learn to work with different color tones; so your flowers are not just a color out of a jar and how to match/blend your flowers with your leaves and arrange on a cake.
Note: Student Supply List will be available when registering for class. Students will be required to bring their own bags, tips, frosting,sack lunch and preferred drinks.
Class size is limited to 4-5 students at my Alpine Studio.
Full payment will be required for all Boot Camps and non-refundable, due to prep work and Kathleen's out of town scheduled classes. Student may transfer a class to another student; arrangements must be made on their own and notify Kathleen of any changes.
A refund will be given, if Kathleen is unable to hold the class due to a unforeseen circumstance. Students will have the option of a full refund or transfer to another class date.
